Rules and Regulations for participants

I. General Conditions

1. International Artistic Meetings ‘Experyment’ are organized by Stowarzyszenie Kulturalno – Edukacyjne ‘Przestrzeń’, Grupa ‘S’, ul. Powstanców Wlkp. 12, 64-360 Zbąszyń, Poland.

2. Submission of the Application Card at the Organizer’s address prior to the date set out by the Organizer (2009 edition: 31 March 2010) is a preliminary condition for participation in the International Artistic Meeting ‘Experyment’.

3. By submitting the Application Card at the Organizer’s address companies accept the present rules and regulations and undertake to observe them.

4. Artistic Committee qualifies companies for participation in International Artistic Meetings ‘Experyment’ prior to date set out by the Organizer (2009 edition: 31 May 2010). The qualified Company receives the Organizer’s confirmation of its acceptance to participate in the Festival.
